Jeremy Cavallaro – Co-founder and its Executive Director of Education

As a certified teacher and administrator, he dedicated two years to the creation and founding of CRA after working regularly on the charter school as a concept since attending graduate school. He has been a school administrator, teacher and curriculum developer. In addition, he has developed educational programs for primary and secondary school students, created and led professional development programs for fellow educators, and written numerous educational and school-related grants. He completed Harvard University’s Principal’s Institute. He earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at New York City’s exclusive Bank Street College.

Eve Fein – Co-Founder and Executive Director of Operations and Resource Development

Eve Fein is the Executive Director of Resource Development for Community Roots Academy (CRA). Additionally she serves as the Executive Director of Community Roots Foundation. Driven by her passion for education Ms. Fein co-founded Community Roots Academy and was instrumental in the opening of Community Seedlings Preschool. Prior to her experience at CRA she was the head of Morasha Jewish Day School for 18 years. Ms. Fein holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Jewish Educational Leadership from Hebrew Union College. Ms. Fein has lived in South Orange County for over 20 years where she and her husband raised their two children.
